2. RECEIVE YOUR SET OF DOCUMENTS

You will receive your set of documents with detailed instructions for signing.

3. SIGNING OF DOCUMENTS

Specimen and a PoA need to be signed before a Bulgarian consul closest to your location.

4. SUPPORT DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS

We will open a start-up capital bank account, submit the capital and pay all fees. Once the registration has been completed by the competent Bulgarian authority, we will assist you with obtaining and receiving the relevant registration information and documents.
